As usual, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after we received your payment and confirm your shipping address. All package need to be signed up.after payment is received, tracking number will be provided via email. Then you can track your order at the DHL/UPS/EMS website.
Returns
We only accept below three reasons for returns: wrong size, wrong items shipped and defective items.
Once you received wrong items or defective items, you notify us within 1-2 day of receipt the products to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange. What’s more,all items must be returned in a new. All original tags must still be attached. If you return items without authorization that we will refuse acceptance or non-refundable. Thanks for your cooperation.
Order cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 30% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
